1959 
As a master electrician, Ernst Stoll establishes an electrical installation business with workshop for repairs to electrical equipment and machinery. The first apprentice is engaged several months later.

1975
Building of new business premises with workshop, store and rest areas for the then seven employees. Start of co-operation with Bosch in Blaichach as contractual partner for all electrical equipment and repair work not performed by the Bosch factory itself.

1985
Order to installation of the industrial plant in the new Bosch factory in Immenstadt-Seifen with one master electrician, 18 assembly fitters and two apprentices.

1992
Transfer of the company to son Markus Stoll. Extension of the field of activity to include automation technology and energy technology with engineering office and switchgear manufacturing.

1995
Official opening of an additional company building. First order in South America.

1998
Integration of the Frey engineering consultancy, Leitershofen

2001
Planning of a new factory building.

Official opening of the new factory.

Death of company founder Ernst Stoll.
